Hi, I’m Stephen Hawkins, and I’m glad you came to see my blog! I originate home loans with a true mortgage banking lender, Spectra Funding, located right here in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. We do not broker mortgage loans, as we are a true mortgage banking company, so there’s no middle man involved when you work with me.
